I was born in Karrantza Harana, Biscay in 1980. I got my Bachelor of Architecture from ESARQ - UIC Escuela de Arquitectura Universitat Internacional de Catalunya in 2005. Later, I finished a Master in Architecture II at Harvard Graduate School of Design.

StudioAhedo started in 2010.

The studio undertakes projects in architecture, graphic design, branding, software development, and agricultural equipment.

My first completed project was Blanca Pyrenees, a dairy research complex situated in the Pyrenees. <watch a video here>

In 2014, I received the Wheelwright Prize from Harvard GSD to research on design and animal farming. <read about it here>

StudioAhedo seeks opportunities for designers to take action in rural areas, one of the most asymmetrical economic sectors.

In 2024, I served as a visiting professor at Washington University in St. Louis. <read about it here>

As of April 15, 2026, I live and work in Tudela, Navarre, Spain. My current FIDE rating is 1751.
